Guests who fail to provide adequate notice for cancellations or do not show up for their scheduled appointments are subject to a no-show fee of estimated 50% total price of the service(s) scheduled. This charge will be billed to your card on file. You will need to have a card on file to reserve any future appointments. Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
